11.2 j33 will respond to all data rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or numerous, j33 may extend this period by a further 60 days and will notify you accordingly. j33 may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling any data rights request to ensure the security of your information.
12.1 The j33 Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21. j33 does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from any person under the age of 21.
12.2 j33 enforces the 21+ age restriction through mandatory KYC identity and age verification at account registration and may request documentary evidence of age at any stage of the account relationship. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed.
12.3 If j33 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, such data will be deleted immediately and the Account permanently closed. Any PKR balance in an underage account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
12.4 Parents and guardians who believe that a minor in their household may have accessed the j33 Platform should contact j33 support immediately. j33 takes underage access extremely seriously and will cooperate fully with parent or guardian requests to close underage accounts.
13.1 j33 is an internationally operated Platform. As a result, your personal data may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in countries outside Pakistan — including the jurisdiction in which j33's gaming licence is held and the locations of j33's cloud infrastructure providers.

14.3 Your continued use of the j33 Platform following the publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not accept the changes, you should cease using the j33 Platform and request Account closure.
