Each individual may hold only one j33 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be suspended and balances forfeited. Your account is personal and non-transferable under any circumstances.
j33 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. j33 conducts KYC identity verification on all accounts and reserves the right to request documentation at any stage. Accounts confirmed to be under-age will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
All j33 bonuses, free bet credits, cashback amounts, and promotional rewards are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Full bonus terms are published on each individual promotion page.
Any attempt to defraud j33 — including but not limited to exploiting software errors, coordinating bets with other accounts, misrepresenting identity, or abusing bonus systems — results in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.
Withdrawals from your j33 account to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or any other payment channel will only be processed to verified accounts that have completed KYC. j33 will only release funds to accounts matching the verified account holder identity.
j33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, j33 will provide reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the j33 platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms in their entirety.
In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context expressly requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the j33 Platform or creating a j33 Account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them.
2.2 If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the j33 Platform and close your Account.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions apply to all services available through the j33 Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, video slots, instant games, and any VIP or promotional programmes.
2.4 j33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes through a notice displayed on the Platform. Your continued use of the j33 Platform following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amended terms.
3.1 Age Restriction. Access to the j33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. j33 enforces this restriction through KYC verification at registration and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the account relationship. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance within the Account will be forfeited without exception.
3.2 Geographical Eligibility. Players must satisfy themselves that using the j33 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. j33 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to determine and comply with applicable local law.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual, household, IP address, device, payment method, and bank account may be associated with only one j33 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — for any reason including recovery of a lost password — is strictly prohibited. Any detected duplicate Account will be closed and balances forfeited. Players who have lost access to their Account must contact j33 support to recover it.
3.4 Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration including full legal name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number. Any misrepresentation of identity details will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.5 Account Verification. j33 may at any time request documentation to verify the identity, age, and payment method of any Account holder. This includes but is not limited to a copy of the Player's CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and confirmation of the registered mobile number. Failure to provide requested verification documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
4.1 Account Security. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their j33 Account login credentials — including username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. j33 will never ask for your password via any channel including live chat, email, or SMS. Players must not share their login credentials with any third party.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your j33 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must immediately notify j33 via live chat support and change your password. j33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from Player failure to secure account credentials.
4.3 Account Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their j33 Account at any time by contacting live chat support. Before processing an Account closure, j33 will process any pending withdrawals of verified balance amounts. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on Account closure.
4.4 Account Suspension by j33. j33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where j33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, duplicate account activity, underage access, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or any other conduct j33 deems contrary to the integrity of the Platform.
4.5 j33 Accounts automatically time out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Players should log out of their j33 Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices. j33 accepts no liability for losses occurring due to a Player's failure to log out from a shared device.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. j33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. j33 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected Players.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount accepted on j33 is Rs 200. Deposit attempts below this threshold will not be processed. j33 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits reflect in the j33 PKR Wallet within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes on business days subject to the processing times of the sending bank.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be initiated by verified Account holders who have completed KYC. j33 will only release withdrawal amounts to payment methods registered to and verified in the Player's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will not be processed under any circumstances.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes on business days. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing times may be extended. j33 will notify the affected Player via live chat if a withdrawal requires additional review.
5.6 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, and per week apply and vary by Account tier and payment method. 5.7 Currency. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on j33 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j33 does not charge currency conversion fees. Players depositing from accounts denominated in a currency other than PKR bear any currency conversion costs applied by their financial institution.
6.1 General Betting Rules. All sports bets placed on the j33 Platform are subject to the j33 Sports Betting Rules, which form part of this Agreement and are accessible from the sports betting section of the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the j33 Sports Betting Rules, the Sports Betting Rules shall prevail in relation to betting-specific matters.
6.2 Settled Bets Are Final. Once a sporting event has concluded and the outcome has been officially confirmed, all bets settled in accordance with the j33 Sports Betting Rules are final and will not be reversed except in cases where j33 has made a demonstrable error (e.g. a manifestly incorrect odds posting).
6.3 Void Bets. j33 reserves the right to void any bet where: (i) the event is abandoned or postponed without rescheduling within the applicable timeframe; (ii) there is evidence of match manipulation or corruption; (iii) an odds error has occurred that a reasonable person would have identified as incorrect; or (iv) any other exceptional circumstance defined in the j33 Sports Betting Rules applies.
6.4 Casino & Slot Game Rules. All live casino games and slot games on j33 are operated using certified Random Number Generator technology or real physical equipment (for live dealer tables) sourced from internationally licensed game providers. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
6.5 Malfunctions Void Play. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or telecommunications failure that affects the outcome of any game or bet, j33 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet. j33 will not be liable for any losses attributable to technical malfunctions.
6.6 Maximum Winnings. j33 applies maximum payout limits per event, per game, and per day. Maximum payout limits are displayed within each betting or gaming section of the Platform. Winnings in excess of published maximum payout limits will be capped accordingly.
7.1 j33 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds allocated to a j33 Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, and expiry period are stated on each promotion page.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. j33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where j33 reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: (i) placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to exploit wagering requirements with minimal risk; (ii) using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play; or (iii) coordinating with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the relevant promotion terms expressly permit otherwise, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses.
7.5 Promotional Changes. j33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any Bonus Funds already credited and partially met wagering requirements will be honoured at the discretion of j33.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the j33 Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works from any j33 Platform content.
10.3 The j33 name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of j33. Unauthorised use of any j33 trademark is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the j33 Platform, even if j33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.2 j33's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from this Agreement or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 j33 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any particular functionality will meet a Player's requirements. j33 makes no guarantee of winning outcomes or sustained profitability for any Player.
11.4 j33 accepts no liability for any losses arising from: (i) Platform downtime due to maintenance, server failure, or third-party outages; (ii) telecommunication failures on the Player's side; (iii) changes to applicable law or regulation affecting Platform access; or (iv) force majeure events beyond j33's reasonable control.
12.1 j33 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with the j33 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the j33 Platform, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 j33 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. j33 may share data with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or as necessary to fulfil contractual obligations.

13.1 This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which j33 is licensed to operate. j33 operates under an international gaming licence granted by an authorised licensing authority.
13.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute, Players must first contact j33 support through the live chat facility to seek resolution. j33's support team will acknowledge all disputes within 24 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 10 business days.
